An income-generating employment for one member of the family can have a large impact on the entire family's livelihood.
For the most disadvantaged groups, it can significantly enhance self-confidence, inclusion, and independence.

The GiveSkill Program (pilot)
Instead of aid, we focus on giving skills for employment.

1. Rural priority
We prioritize our resources to communities in rural provinces where there are high incidences of forced labor, marriage and poor educational development.

2. Skill training
We finance skill training programs for disadvantaged groups in a range of life & technical skills, financial literacy and employment preparation.

3. Employment focus
Our field partners must hold a track record of at least 85% graduates employability through market-oriented training, job placement, and self-employment support.

4. Empowerment
Equipping disadvantaged groups with skills to find paying, dignified work also means the ability to send their kids to school, invest in health and move out of poverty.
10,000 employed by 2023.
Through strong partnerships with organisations that have demonstrated years of exceptional work and proven progress in creating employability opportunities. This is the only way we can continue to scale our reach to end global poverty in all its form.
